Club Development meeting and BBQ

The committee have been considering how best the club can be developed to provide both existing and future members with the facilities that they need.  The first step of commissioning a questionnaire has been completed and the findings will be discussed at the development meeting on 19th June at 5:00pm.

The RYA have sent representatives to visit the club and have met with Noel Sutcliffe and other members to discuss the assistance that they can provide.

What the committee really want to hear are your views on what is important to you - and perhaps hear what you can do to help!!

The new boathouse is almost completed and we will soon be able to consider how best to re-develop the changing room facilities and "open up" access again in a more straight forward way.

The meeting is no meant to be formal - just a chance for a chat and a BBQ.  Bring your own meat etc. as this is not a fully catered event!

CLUB OPEN DAY

In order to promote the club it is proposed to hold an Open Day on July 10th from 12:00 to 4:00pm.  The day will involve trial sails and allow us to show visitors what the club has to offer.  Please feel free to come along if you are a non-member and try our water!

If you are a member - why not get that boat out on the water!  Bring along a friend and introduce them to the club!
